Barnett & Company presents the 4 Bridges Arts Festival on April 18 & 19, 2009 at the First Tennessee Pavilion in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Now in its ninth year, the Festival is produced by the Association for Visual Arts (AVA) in collaboration with Chattanooga Downtown Partnership (CDP).

An annual event that attracts regional and national artists to exhibit their work for sale in Chattanooga, 4 Bridges introduces visitors, amateur art buyers and serious collectors to a variety of uniquely original artwork. This year, approximately one hundred and fifty artists were selected from over five hundred and fifty applicants to exhibit painting, glasswork, jewelry, textiles, furniture, sculpture and more. Art of every shape, size and style awaits you: familiar alongside whimsical, traditional alongside contemporary.

With an attendance of more than 25,000 in 2008, the festival has become a signature event for the city and has earned recognitions including the designation as a "Top 100 Fine Arts Show" by national festival arts magazine Sunshine Artist. This year, 4 Bridges is expected to top itself, once again.

Live music from talented local and regional performers and a Food Court offering richly diverse dishes add to the festival atmosphere. For budding arts enthusiasts, the Kid’s Art Creation Area is free and open to children of all ages, offering original art projects from trained art educators; these projects change every two hours – or as long as supplies last!

Hours are Saturday: 10am to 6pm and Sunday: 11am to 5pm.  Admission to the festival is $5 for adults 18 and over and free for children under 18. For more information, please call Director of 4 Bridges Arts Festival, Jerry Dale McFadden at 423.265.4282 ext. 106.
